The spay or neuter of the said cat is the Breeder’s responsibility and is included in the price of sale. The Isoflurane gaz will be used for the anesthesia and Anafen as a pain killer.
The declawing of the said cat is left to the Buyers discretion
and must be paid by the Buyers. In this case, we the Breeders must be informed
from the Buyers so that at the time of the spay or
neuter procedure, the cat requires only one anesthesia.
The laser surgery, which is totally painless to the cat, may be used. The cost for the two front paws is $230.00 and for the four paws $270.00. These amounts are including the taxes. This surgery will be performed by Dr. Yves Gosselin of the Rive-Sud Vetenary Hospital.
The amounts above mentioned are approximate and may
change at any time.

reimbursement will be done by Jadasia Bengals if the buyer decide to
cancel this contract or if the buyer decide to return the kitten after
delivery.

The Breeder guarantees
that the above described kitten is a Purebred
Bengal Cat (Sex: Male /
Female) with an accurate four generations pedigree and eligible for
registration in THE INTERNATIONAL CAT
ASSOCIATION, (TICA) and THE CANADIAN CAT ASSOCIATION (CCA). The Breeder
further guarantees that this animal is free from any genetic defects or
congenital diseases. At the time of leaving the cattery, the kitten will be in
good health, immunized against feline viral diseases, free of parasites. The Breeder is not liable for the effects
of errors and/or mishandling on the part of the Buyers.
The Buyers promises and warrants that this kitten shall be an indoor animal, not allowed to roam freely outside. The animal shall not be confined to a small cage for extended periods of time and under no circumstances may this cat be sold, leased, or given away to any pet shop, humane shelter, research facility or similar facility. If for any reason whatsoever this cat cannot be kept by the Buyer(s), then the Buyers may offer or sale to another party with the Breeder’s knowledge and with the stipulations stated above understood and agreed by any future owner.
If at any time that this cat is found to be malnourished,
abused, or neglected, the Breeders
shall exercise their rights to seize the said cat, with no compensation via the Buyers.
The Buyers further warrant that this cat will receive all necessary veterinary care, annual vaccinations, and adequate food, water and grooming, as well as human attention.
The Breeders
strongly recommends that no table food should be given to said cat at any time
for reasons of proper health guidelines.

This kitten shall come with its immunization records, and is guaranteed
to be in good health
for 10 days after delivery, if the kitten should show any signs of illness, the
Buyer is advised to contact the Breeder immediately, so that proper care can be given
to the said kitten, due to the health guarantee by the Breeders unless other arrangements have been made.
OTHER
ARRANGEMENTS
The Breeder
recommends and it is the Buyers
responsibility to have this kitten seen by a licensed veterinarian for a
thorough examination within 72 hours after the kitten is received. If the
veterinarian discovers that the kitten is not as herein guaranteed, as mentioned by the
present contract the Buyers must
contact the Breeder immediately and
provide a written explanation from the Buyers
veterinarian as to the illness that has been determined. (Should there be other animals living in said household, we recommend
that the kitten be placed in quarantine during this time, if not longer).
If the kitten in question cannot be
cured, the Breeder will replace the
kitten with one of equal value as soon as a kitten of that value is available.
The kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired, as
mentioned above.( 10 days ). It is the responsibility
of the Buyers and at the Buyers expense to provide immediate
veterinary cares to any kitten showing signs of illness or distress. Failure to do so will render any guarantee
null & void.
2- We guarantee kittens only against congenital
defects for one year. Should a kitten die or be diagnosed with a congenital
defect it will be replaced with a kitten of comparable quality and value when
available.
Under no circumstances is
this kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by the Buyers to the Breeder.
If this kitten dies within the guarantee period (one
year), despite medical treatment, compensation shall be replacement of the
kitten only and this will be made if
a pathological autopsy confirms the cause of death. It is the Breeder right to ask for the
pathological report to be returned for identification before the Buyer receives any compensation.

This warranty starts at the date the kitten is
leaving the cattery.
If in any circumstance, they should be any legal procedure, these matters will be conducted in the
This kitten was vaccinated against Feline
Rhinotracheitis, Panleukopenia (Feline Distemper), Calicivirus and Chlamydia,
using a modified live vaccine, at approximately six, nine and twelve weeks of
age.
Concerning the Leukemia
feline vaccine not administrated by Jadasia Bengals in reason of contradictions
by the Order of Veterinarians of
Vaccines should be repeated annually or as
recommended by your veterinarian.
Please take notice that all cats of JADASIA BENGALS cattery have been tested for FIV (Feline
Immuno-deficiency Virus) and for FELV (FEline Leukemia Virus) with a negative
result.
